My name is Casey Sbrana, and I am the co-founder of Medena Equity Group, a real estate investment company that buys, renovates, and manages rental properties and apartment buildings in the southern and midwestern regions of the United States. With a background in various sectors of the real estate industry, including residential real estate, affordable housing, permanent supportive housing for homeless youth, property management, and investment properties of my own, I have a deep understanding of the real estate market and the potential for building wealth through investment in these types of assets.

My name is Kolt Callaway and I am the other co-founder of Medena Equity. I have a strong understanding of the economic and social trends in the real estate sectors through my degrees and study in social science. Having had various real estate experiences in a variety of sectors, I have specific experience with house flipping, BRRRing and group investment projects. Today I own and operate long distance single family and multi-family investments, acquiring more than $1,000,000 in real estate properties. I have a personal understanding of building wealth through real estate investments. In addition to my real estate experience, I have had the joy of being a social science and humanities teacher for 12 years.
